I build the organizations that build the stories.
↓ scrollThe same mind that walks into a pitch and finds the emotional truth of a brand walks out with a production budget, a team structure, and an operating model. Not because I switch modes — but because I've never experienced them as separate things.
Vision and infrastructure are the same act. The story and the studio that produces it are built simultaneously, by the same person, with the same level of intention. That's not a skill I developed. That's how I think.
"I walk into every room as a storyteller. Reading the cultural moment, understanding the human truth, imagining the narrative before the brief is finished."
I walk out with a plan. Org charts, budget frameworks, production governance, and the operational systems that make the vision real — and keep it real, at scale, over time.
Most organizations need two people to hold these two roles. I hold both.
Built TelevisaUnivision's branded content studio from a blank slide deck into a multimillion-dollar creative organization. Designed the full operating model — creative intake, production governance, budgeting frameworks, approval workflows — while simultaneously shaping the studio's creative identity and building its reputation with Fortune 500 advertisers across Sports, Entertainment, and Culture. The same hands that wrote the org chart directed the brand voice.
Premium branded storytelling at the world's most iconic editorial titles. Led the full production lifecycle — from pitch to delivery — across GQ, Vogue, Vanity Fair, Wired, and Glamour. Primary creative and operational lead for Smartwater, Visa, Toyota, HBO Max, and Paramount+, threading brand requirements, editorial standards, agency relationships, and legal constraints into a single coherent production. Every time.
Produced branded films, commercials, digital series, podcasts, and live activations inside one of the most culturally influential media companies of its era. Managed budgets of $200K–$750K across the full production arc — creative agency collaboration, on-set production, post and delivery — for campaigns built to feel like culture, not advertising.
300+ productions for the world's most demanding creative clients — Ralph Lauren, Tom Ford, Calvin Klein, Tory Burch, Tommy Hilfiger, Marc Jacobs, Oscar de la Renta. Fashion taught me what premium actually feels like at the point of production. Multi-crew direction, live broadcast logistics, press events, and multi-camera broadcasts under timelines that don't forgive mistakes.
From blank slide deck to enterprise studio.
From creative brief to boardroom presentation.
Always the same person in both rooms.
Fashion taught me taste. Editorial taught me voice. Sports taught me scale and emotional stakes. Media taught me how culture moves at volume. Each industry adds a layer — none cancels the others. The range is the point.
Always both.
